About Us

We ARE Eurasia. This is our brand story. This is our family.
A melding of globally nomadic, richly diverse multicultural artists and thinkers whose unique cultural and creative perspectives are celebrated.

This is our sense of purpose: to share our epicurean passion and wealth of travel and cultural experience.
And we have chosen our new hometown, Prescott Arizona, as a home for Eurasia for its common ardor for indulgences that are distinctive and simply beyond ordinary.

Michel Cottabarren

Founder, Owner, Chef, CEO
(Chief Executive Officer, Chief Epicurean Officer)

Accomplished in Classical French Cuisine in the southwest of France, Chef Michel Cottabarren combines French culinary technique and an exquisite palate to come up with dishes influenced by his 30-year career as Chef in Paris, Lourdes, London, Taipei, Tianjin, Shanghai, Bali, Bangkok, Phuket, Jakarta, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Sarawak, Sri Lanka, and Manila, among other cities in Europe and Asia.

Not confining his core competence to Classical French Cuisine alone, the American-born Frenchman perfected his culinary skills from many years as Chef in various five-star hotels, resorts and restaurants in Europe and Asia. The result is a multi-cuisine proficiency spanning anything Mediterranean (French, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Scandinavian) to Asian (Chinese, Thai, Indian, Malay, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Filipino) fusion akin to creative culinary ingenuity and imagination.

Clarissa Cottabarren

CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

As a global marketer, Clarissa Cottabarren had worked in multiple industries in 23 countries across Asia, Europe, and America. Originally from Manila, Philippines, she had directly served a former President of a Republic, CEOs of conglomerates and multinationals, global captains of industry, and multi-industry movers and shakers. As Eurasia’s CMO, she now helps husband Michel develop and manage the restaurant’s corporate strategy, business, and marketing plans. It would not be unusual to find her hands-on at front of house either.

John Simon Medina

Front of House Operations Lead

From the tender age of eight, John has been exposed to restaurant operations, having helped his parents, Michel and Clarissa, run restaurants in Asia. John had spent most of his young life between Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, Vietnam, Quebec, and Los Angeles. He is now an astute acting professional and puts his love for entertainment through theater and film performing arts into elevating the Eurasia customer experience to an art form as Front of House Operations Lead.
